How Doctor Mode Examples Work

Each Doctor Mode example demonstrates how Appu analyzes reasoning errors and provides targeted feedback. Examples are organized by program type (School, AP, SAT, MCAT), with each using a different cognitive framework optimized for that exam or grade level.

All examples follow the same 8-section structure:

  1. 1.What Appu Noticed — Diagnostic summary
  2. 2.The Question — Full context and choices
  3. 3.What Went Wrong — Error analysis
  4. 4.Why This Happens — Pattern explanation
  5. 5.Correct Way to Think — Step-by-step process
  6. 6.Side-by-Side Comparison — Visual reasoning comparison
  7. 7.Repair Practice — Targeted practice questions
  8. 8.Mastery Check — Validation assessment
